Learning Centers

Welcome to Stepping Stones Langdon Preschool. We offer a an aesthetically designed, thematic curriculum; complete with lesson plans, bi-annual progress reports and assessments done by government funded agencies for the purpose of early childhood intervention success.

Children learn through hands on play and structured activities in our large, well organized learning centers. Our classroom has loads of natural light, bringing nature into the classroom.

Our play areas are divided into learning environments. Children can find the toys and materials related by theme, interest and skills. These activities can be used independently by the children or with teacher direction to reinforce and enrich skills and concepts.

Learning environments are an excellent way to individualize the curriculum to meet the varying needs of young children. We have 9 transitions during our 2.5 hour program.
